someday came suddenly

an interesting thing happened
my two dogs got in a fight
it isn't too easy to separate two 60 pound dogs
and i got bitten in the process of breaking them up
but after i broke them up they just stared at me
they appeared deeply sorry for what they had done
they started licking the bloody spot on my arm
then they licked each other's wounds
best friends again
jeffry didn't care that trixie made a gash in his neck
and trixie didn't care that jeffry punched a hold in her snout
and as i cleaned them up they just looked pitiful
they looked so upset that they had done that to the other
they find it so easy to forgive each other
why can't we all be that way?

  1. Your writing is very interesting. It's simple, but complex. I will follow you. Take a look at my one and only blog, the first of many. Would love your opinion. Much love, Rachel

  2. You have a good point. Kindergarten (or 1st year at school for other countries) was amazing. The following day, when you came back to school, you would start again. There was no rivalry, fighting, until the marble phase hit. Everything went down hill after trends appeared.

  3. I know its, lame, but are you okay? your bite i mean? ok ok it sounds like those two got bit worse, but your health is more important.
Why cant we be more forgiving well human are i think pretty low on the social scale of evolving, we hold grudges, have egos and fight over foolish things. Dogs I think understand more about life and that in the moment they can die. So they just want to have fun, help the pack, and sniff butts :)
Im Happy to see they understand your the leader
    stay safe(r) :D
